Dee Dee Seruga of the Spring Hill Art League: I was in second grade when I got my first realization that I was going to be an artist. From that day on, that was the only thing that I really had passion for. I took many art classes all through out school and then went on to the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, where I majored in Advertising Design, and received an Associates degree. It took me a few years to decide what avenue I wanted to take to utilize my talent. Advertising was not for me. I kept at my drawing though. Then I decided to learn to become a tattoo artist. In the 13 highly satisfying years of creating custom tattoos, I have also kept busy at home painting in various mediums, pastels, stained glass, crafting, cooking, and my recent newfound passion, photography. I love to create, and create I will.
The show will run until the end of February.
